Requirements and status

A requirement is one thing the published rules ask for, such as a separate food-waste collection. You do not set the status yourself.

Not assessed means the site questionnaire has not been submitted. Assessment incomplete means required answers are still empty. Action required means the answers describe a gap. Evidence required means the arrangement may exist but the file is missing. Ready means the current answers and evidence satisfy the rule. Review due means it is time to check the record again. Not applicable means the answers say the rule does not apply. Ready is not a certificate.
