Upload contracts, photos and notes, then link each file to the site and the requirement it supports. A file that is not linked does not clear Evidence required.

Every file is scanned before anyone can download it. An infected file is removed and you are emailed. That email cannot be turned off. If the document has an end date, you are emailed 30 days and 7 days before it, unless you turn that reminder off.
