Only the organisation owner can open Billing. Essentials covers one assessed site. Multi-site covers several, with a price for sites beyond the included number.

You can pay monthly or yearly. The price on the page is before VAT. VAT is added at checkout, and Stripe emails the VAT invoice. If a payment fails, the workspace keeps working for a 14-day grace period. Update the card in that time. Nothing is deleted because a payment failed.
