Site assessment

Each site has its own assessment. The steps follow the published rule set, so the questions can change when a new version is published.

You can leave an answer as not sure when that choice is offered. Required answers must be filled in before you submit. Submit is what the dashboard and the requirement statuses are calculated from. Staff and advisors cannot edit an assessment. Managers can edit only the sites they are assigned.
